I also has been hold responsible for developing a product, hence I've experienced how to build a product from scratch.
It's a great environment to learn and do R&D.

It should be more professional, your employee never plan to sick unless sick with what you have done, the company should be have only one boss , don't let other employee influence your emotions , even he/she is the one bring the money to your company .
Your employee is human, treat he/she like human , as he/she to work like human, not robots .
Your company need Chief Technical Officer , the person that have at least 10 years experience in programming ; including various of subjects , so your engineers/developer should have someone to guide . Don't let your developer work without any guidance , documentation .
If you think you already paid a money for them, think again they sacrifice a lot for you, they don't even tell it to you but expecting you to professional

Working equipments are provided. Most of the staffs are young & fresh-graduate, friendly & open-minded.

It runs by a bunch of penny-pinching people, low salary & low increment. Top management often gives small appreciation to the staffs, while staffs are expected to work overtime, without perks nor compensation. Tasks given are sometimes outside from staff's job desc. Micro-management and unprofessionalism in company culture makes it hard to grow career opportunity.

They will give you a machine to work on, MacbookPro. Food is free during lunch time and tea time. Saturday is optional(rarely work on saturday). Device allowance RM2k per year.

- The employees are friendly and close with each other.
- Free breakfast (RM 3), lunch, and tea time.
- Get to play PS4/XBOX360 during break.
- Plenty of food in the pantry.

- Virtually no salary bump. I've worked here for almost 4 years, and the management haven't the slightest inkling to boost my salary.
- Virtually no bonus. The money goes to the upper management.
- No overtime benefit, but management expects us to work overtime.
- Employees are generally overworked due to lack of staff.
- Incompletent project management. Bad decisions were frequently made that jeopardized the project, and the blame was shifted to the developers.
- Salary usually comes late.
- Claims are usually paid late.
- No prospect for career growth.
