Nothing there!! If one has brains he/she can't find any in that company!! If not, there is always hope!
|
Where to start :
- Actually that company is almost done, it's management is just keeping it running or showing it to be, sort of. So that someday some other company can do the takeover!! But believe me that's not going to happen!!
- If you belong to a prestigious college and they have come to hire you!! Dude get out of the interview room ASAP!! They only need you for show purpose!! So that the total human resource valuation look good on paper!! Rest assured there are enough people sitting at higher post in that company having lower education and even lower intellectual levels!! Well most of the employees are hired based on references, and not their worth.
- Their philosophy is that they make something unique of a product, that no one in the market can make!!! And they shall make you believe it too!! Only when you shall come out of the company, in the market you shall know the reality!
- The most despicable thing - If say suppose you somehow leave that company for good! First of all, it will be because thay wouldn't have payed you for at least three months!! Yeah that's the reality there, I faced it!! So, when you leave the company, your outstanding amount of money to be taken from tespl will be at least twice of your salary!! And they won't pay you back!! Mine is remaining for more thaa a year!! If you go to their office, they will treat you as if you are a begger!! They won't pick up your calls!!
In a nut shell, young guns if this country!! There are many other good companies there for you!! Please don't waste your time at TESPL!!
