There have been many times where very simple situations grew into something much more than they should have because communication broke down between management and employees. Also, develop more advancement opportunities for those employees if you want to retain them. The motivation for me leaving was the opportunity to advance not only my financial situation but also my skill set. This is a company without a conscience. TestAmerica exploits its employees in every possible way, from forcing them to take a large portion PTO in the first three months of the year, to turning a blind eye to the growing culture of anxiety and dissatisfaction, to refusing to hire despite the high turnover. Upper management refuses to listen to employee concerns and complaints, and continues to institute exploitative practices. There are no opportunities for advancement, no bonuses, no raises, and no opportunities for employees to voice their concerns.
