Pay is excellent (based on experience). Students that make it through the 2 year curriculum are highly skilled and employable. The college president is committed, caring and works tirelessly to promote the school and help it grow. Many faculty still believe we're a technical school, not a college. Some students who attend for the free program give the school a negative reputation, interfere in the classroom environment, and soon drop out from lack of interest/motivation. 1.0 POSITIVE 0.0 NEUTRAL 0.0 5.0 5.0 4.0 4.0 5.0 5.0 130079 Open Help is needed in bridging the gap between technical and general education faculty, who often butt heads. Recruiting quality students who are interested in college is key to retaining and graduating a larger percentage.
