Each department works cohesively and is more than willing to lend a hand if you need it. Very approachable, reasonable, supportive. Great, fun atmosphere while remaining professional. Little office drama. Everyone is very dedicated to their jobs, the population we serve, and helping each other. Upper management has a huge amount of experience and wisdom, and they are generous about sharing it. Pay is not so good, but it's non-profit so to be expected, I guess. Office space is a bit crowded, could use a larger building? No retirement plan, and medical benefits are expensive: almost $200/mo. for the cheaper plan!
