I was the first person in and the last person out. My boss was always in meetings, gave me an insane to do list with no training from her directly. She was also just rude, once I put in my two weeks she finally acknowledged all the hard work I've done. I did enjoy working with other colleagues that were not in my direct department. The turn around rate for the company was high. During my time, at least one person left a month including the Director of HR. I enjoyed my employees who worked with my however, upper management needs to re evaluate their work culture. There was one director who made the most inappropriate remarks. It's a non-profit organization, if you're not in management don't take the job. You'll get slapped with all of their work with half of the salary and little to no direction.
