like all places BIO has its pros and cons. Many of the people who work there are passionate and driven which helps give much of the work purpose. However, it also causes friction between teams and departments. Your happiness really depends on who your direct supervisor and your VP are.

BIO is a great place to work, especially for those who are young, driven, and passionate. BIO is very top heavy with just about everyone having a manager position except for the entry level coordinators. Co - workers are smart, and friendly. I have not experienced any pettiness or negativity. I feel like management is supportive and open to feedback.
