There is no sense in a common goal and the politics for what is meant to be a positive attributed business is definitely not the message you receive once you are on board. Small stores should be able to sustain and cultivate a healthy and conducive culture. This is something that needs closer attention. The state manager also needs to update her pointed management style. There is a lot of telling... and talking. A lot of talking. Less time spent in management meetings and conference calls about getting printers to work and more time given to being in-store learning about your teams and managing growth. Not just expecting it. Employee discount. Mental health. À l’entretien elle vous dit qu’elle vous formera à l’entreprise son fonctionnement la façon de faire et de présenter les produits pourtant aucune formation à été faite. De plus vous êtes embauché en tant que vendeuse mais l’adjointe est moins qualifié que vous donc je sais pas vous driver. C’est une vrai blague. Aucun respect de la vie privée Les horaires change Du jour au lendemain. Des produits soit disant naturel pourtant beaucoup de cochonnerie et de réactions de peau au niveau des clientes. Comme L’huile d’arbre à thé avec 0,01% d’arbre à thé la blague!!! Un mensonge pur à la cliente. Charge très lourde à porter dans des escaliers dangereux. Pas de respect de la sécurité du personnel. Je n’ai pas souhaité y rester. Une fois pas deux. They enforced and wrote up for not wearing a certain amount of makeup and just implemented a better dress code last year. Management is lacking in training. Texts during off hours, constant write ups for “issues” that manager themselves would do, HR was nonexistent in helping with issues. They’re there to protect the company, not the employers. Love the ethics and idea of TBS but want to see it implemented to their staff. Great products, good ethics.
