Where to begin... Leslie, the owner, has a nasty temper, and a very bad attitude. She tried to cheap-out, and cut corners at every possible step of the way, regardless of how badly it might impact the final work product. To her, cheaper was better. She paid most of her serfs about $8 per hour, whipped them to the point of exhaustion, then fired them when a single mistake was made. Practically all of which were conveniently fired right before unemployment could be filed against this "firm". To Leslie, the "firm" is nothing but a money-machine. She didn't care about her staff, the industry, her work product, her clients, or anything else. It is without doubt the most unprofessional place I've ever worked. Employee turnover rate was obscene. Anyone with any real talent, or any sense of human dignity left within a matter of weeks, sometimes days. The rest of the $8/hr crew get fired, and the cycle repeats. Morale and office culture are as dismal as you'd expect, considering Leslie had a reputation for whimsically coming in and firing an entire department or two at any given time. I saw her wipe-out about half of the office, 12 or 13 people, in one Friday. Nobody really wanted to work there, the environment was very unstable. Avoid this place at all costs. Some of the people are nice, but usually don't last long. Employee turnover rate is very high. Employees get fired on a regular basis.
