The culture here is inclusive, supportive, very close/family oriented, and overall fun. They have very clear objectives of how to attain success. The benefits are phenomenal and they have great perks.
The CEO and president are extremely approachable and kind. It is not hard to get into contact with them and ask them questions.
The managers regardless of what department you are in are helpful and encouraging.
Head of HR is very kind, knowledgeable and goes out of her way to help you in anything you need.
This company overall has been wonderful to work for, and if the circumstances were different I would have never left.

There are no cons to working here. The only reason why I left was because this particular position was not a personality match for ME. Before I left, I tried to see if I could be transferred to another position within the company, but it was a little short notice.
Great company to work for.
