Good luck with your leads and management .. No training is done , team work . Everyone is grumpy and angry and negative and hates their life . Shop is disgusting not cleaned or maintained . Neither are the machines . Health and safety are a big concern . The management is awful . The day lead needs to quit and do everyone a Favor . Most people make it less that a week before they quit because of the culture. As a manager you have no room to make things better without having to step on a few toes because if you aren't family, you aren't anyone. Not a good place to work if you are highly motivated as most days are spent re-doing work because of a lack of accountability in other departments. They pay pretty well for the area, but not enough for the headache. Most low level employees are great people that work hard if you treat them well.
