While my peers were top-notch individuals, I found the TDI staff, particularly the non-instructor staff, to lack professionalism and were not helpful connecting Fellows to jobs. Within my 8-person cohort, only two got a job through TDI. The educational materials strayed off topic and were full of jargon. Mostly they were copied straight from Wikipedia. The assignment submission system was a Skinner Box, which awarded low or zero scores, but gave no indication why. Furthermore, the Incubator server instance would often crash when trying to run code, but would not show you a stack trace.
