It is obvious this company has no idea how to develop a product and is still in the Middle Ages of software development and tries to bribe people to stay in a toxic work environment. Hailing from Minnesota, the founders are typical passive aggressive and non-confrontational - choosing to terminate people who disagree with them instead of working to create a better company. This could be a great product if the existing C Suite is completely ripped out and replaced with humans who have an understanding of how to run a business and develop a product. private:thedyrt https://www.indeed.com/cmp/the-dyrt/reviews Dec 14th, 2019 09:10PM Open Open The Dyrt Client Services Portland, OR Directionless, toxic work environment, bro culture What could be an exciting concept has been woefully mishandled. Employees are treated with zero trust, are routinely verbally abused, and are treated as disposable commodities with little respect. You'll be under paid, edged out by insecure higher ups, and have your benefits pulled out from under you. You'll be encouraged to compete with your teammates and belittled for extra effort. You won't be allowed to work remotely but will be expected to answer calls and hop on tasks at all hours. 19.0 0.0 1.0 1.0 1.0 2.0 2.0 1.0 Feb 20th, 2023 03:24PM Feb 20th, 2023 03:24PM The Dyrt
