Suffering Badly Financially Due to Decrease in Enrollments

The Head of School TRULY needs to be replaced!! She is scattered beyond words and is not leading the school in the right direction. If EMS is going to recover from their financial woes, they need to replace the Head as soon as possible before she does more damage! She is a very poor leader!!!! There have been layoffs done "secretly" where employees disappear without any explanations to those remaining. This is to cover up the school's pending demise.

One of my greatest strengths and challenges is walking into an unknown learning environment and fostering a productive and eager classroom. To accomplish this, I deliver lessons in an exciting fashion, thereby capturing students’ attention and imagination, and sparking the desire to learn. My management and leadership skills and experiences enabled me to assist the teachers that I substituted for in all aspects of the their daily classroom routines.
