Good work/life balance. You're never required to work OT or after hours.

I worked here for a little under a year; never have I worked for such an incompetent company on every level. There is zero culture and it is a very 'old school' finance environment. If you're into sky-high cubicles, pathetically forced birthday lunches, blatant sexism, and a ridiculously inexperienced management team you should definitely work here. I would give this company 2 stars for providing a good work life balance because they're deathly afraid of having to pay out OT.

- Generally a small company feel, but public perception is often that we are much larger
- Good location if you like Oakland, which I do. I like the vibe a lot better here than working in SF

Entrust is a family. I've worked in many different offices and I can say that the current management of Entrust truly cares about the employees and we all work together like a family. I feel very supported by my immediate supervisor and encouraged in the job that I do. We have great benefits, including a swanky gym membership, monthly birthday luncheons, and fun company events throughout the year. The company has made some shifts in recent times that has opened up more personal and professional opportunity for growth for the employees and has really been on a positive trajectory in enhancing the company culture and employee satisfaction.

The cons for me are personal and not in the company's control and that is the commute (it's the bay area, no way around that one) and the fact that after several years I'm a little burnt out on the restaurant options near by.
