The best thing I loved about the job were the people that worked there with me directly or indirectly (e.g. other practitioners and family workers, supervisors, therapists, administrative staff, teachers, etc.). The staff was supportive of not only one another but dedicated to serving their clients. Additionally, they offerred generous benefits and other "perks" e.g. mileage reimbursement, phones, and basic supplies for working with families (varies per program and department). I feel I was quite spoiled there compared to other agencies I've worked for afterwards. Although the environment and experience may vary per program and under different supervisors, my experience was wonderful and I would recommend giving this place a shot.
