Nice place to really learn a little about everything considering it's a small hotel Constantly changing employees. Rules are always changing, something that was okay to do one day would change the next. This makes sense because the owners' both come from the construction business (i.e., NOT hospitality, hotels, restaurant business) The cons are: -- The owners literally won't learn your name or make eye contact with you, even if you serve them 3-4 times a week, as I did, for over a year. -- if you work in the restaurant (I did), the European clientele are typically cheap in terms of tipping, but that's somewhat expected given the cultural standard. In its defense, I staffed the hotel during its hectic opening. The location, the intimate and small feel of the company, the perks of working in hospitality, the pay was decent too. It all depends on who's managing the place.
