Great learning environment, poor management
|
I really loved working with the patients and my coworkers. The job was hands-on and there was so much to learn. It was awesome to be part of such an innovative, life-changing company. The only downside which was a major factor in the day to day operations is the poor management.

Interesting Work Place...
|
Learned a lot about holistic medicine and the practice. I just think the everyday flow between some co-workers was off. I think the manager at the time wasn't great, she seemed more interested in herself and having people do her work for her. The main Dr.'s seemed more interested in their own lives and issues than the patients they were seeing. The practitioners made the place what it was, they were amazing and kind. The hardest part was dealing with management, but the most enjoyable was making lifelong friends that worked with me.

My job was very simple and easy. It was a very hectic office when I was working there because they were in the process of switching offices and personnel. Almost all of the people I worked with were very nice and the office was in a great spot.
