- the best culture and people make the hard work enjoyable
- opportunity to work with some of the smartest people up to this point in my career but also very modest/humble at the same time with Ivy league educations
- Teamwork. everybody is in this together, and there are no nuances or politics, just great people doing great things and simply GET IT DONE.

- some ambiguity. But is expected in this environment compared to corporate america. (could actually be considered a pro at times)
- sometimes a grind but no different than other places. Everybody rolls up their sleeves and grinds it out.

- Excellent comp, benefits and work/life balance
