The CEO is out of her mind. Think The Devil Wears Prada-tech version. She micromanages, speaks to employees condescendingly, and is the reason the company will not reach full potential. She gets in her own way. Investors have to be fools to invest in this sinking ship. Don’t bother working here...they can only keep up the charade for so long before it starts to go South. You’ll be underpaid, overworked, receive crap benefits and maybe equity that won’t be worth anything.

Small, fierce, smart and caring. The company is a small organization where everyone on the "Team" really puts everything into making it successful on a daily basis. Everyone relies on everyone to pull their weight and then some to get the job done. Everyone is super kind and treats each other well and genuinely cares for each other. The CEO works harder than anyone I have ever met. The amount they juggle each and every day is astounding, all while truly caring for each and everyone that helps them with the company. They are very grateful and show appreciation for the staff.

Terrible culture. Abusive Management.

You can get by doing NOTHING.

You can't actually do anything because of the abusive blaming culture and micro-management.
I have seen and heard so many horror stories. The company had a complete turnover 3 times now over the past 4 years. It had gotten so bad that we were told to not be honest during interview process and we were forbidden to talk with each other about our HR issues.
I have witnessed an employee being fired by someone from management that was heavily intoxicated and under the influence, in a bar, just to forget 24h later.
