I would say that the absence of direct supervision and feedback is a double-edged sword. However, student course evaluations are helpful in this regard. You feel connected to your students and that you are really helping them. I was able to work with so many kids teaching them Art and Skills! I Loved every part of Guiding them with their Art Experience. I increased my organizing and management skills. Benefits are good, even for part-time faculty, but you are required to join the union. Lacking diversity in student body and in faculty.
