Sum this sum that, ISO never require but then they still like you to write report. Report of your day, report of your month and report of your year. So many report, so many paper work. You can learn a lot of things since you need to super duper ultra multi-tasking. No joke here. A good stepping stone before venture to other place. You will become a jack of all trades and master of everything after working here. On- time payment with one month bonus with basic benefits like insurance and medical (maximum rm 50 per entry). But car park need to self pay. Multi-task and too many unnecessary paper work (should go paperless) not environment friendly. Low pay and tend to hire unqualify young graduates because easy to manipulate and the salary package is low, as long as you have a good portfolio. That is why the turn over rate is seriously damn high, not a good management system for cost saving. In fact, the pay scale is so pity because they are fresh graduates and not dare to negotiate. Fortunately, I moved out I got a 50% increment from my basic salary, and I am glad I did that. Working hour is non flexible for all staffs from 9am to 6pm. Late you will be penalized. Teaching hours is exceptionally high which can go up to 32 credit hours equivalent to 8-9 classes. Normal circumstance is 22-26 credit hours equivalent to 6-8 classes. They do not follow MQA recommendation of a maximum of 18 credit hours. Over demanding. They wanna us to have an outstanding portfolio for the subjects we taught but assigned us so many subjects. Do you thing we have enough or extra time to do that? If you assign 2-3 subjects for a lecturer, they definitely can excel in their subject and students also happier because lecturer can provide more in-depth tutorial/ practical session with them. -1.0 NEGATIVE 0.0 2.0 1.0 3.0 2.0 1.0 2.0 468575 Open The management committees seriously need to revamp their management system. Please treat your employee as an employee. And please treat your lecturers with professionalism. Not putting all your money in advertising and marketing. But I think they wont bother much as long as they can make money to attract students then they are happy. Turn over rate so high, no fresh join would like to work long here, because see no hope in this company. Every year increment fixed to few hundred. Most likely impossible to gv u even half a thousand. They promote your position without giving more pay so that you got more responsibility to work for.
