They have a bunch of independent contractors running around trying to sell whoever, whenever the same old video tapes and training they have for 30 plus years. They say they are in the change business yet have now changed for decades. The founder said the same thing every time he spoke and tried to make lots of money and didn't care much about his people as he saw them as replaceable. He copied his shtick for the originator named Jim Newman whose book Release Your Brakes, Lou Tice ripped off and basically called his original thought.
