Very unprofessional and unethical. c) No career growth, understaffed faculty, high work load but very low compensation d) Employee attrition rate is very high... Management is way too inconsiderate - no benefits like health card; doesn't care if your schedule is 12 HOURS a day; doesn't pay government fees (i.e., PhilHealth, PAGIBIG, SSS) on time though salary deduction is consistent; no work-life balance; no committee for school events, faculty members go overtime (even overnight) just to prepare for activities but WITHOUT additional pay; no teach, no pay policy even if you were hospitalized; students keep on pestering faculty members even if they have resigned already because the registrar lost their grades The list goes on and on...
