There was nothing good about working there.
|
Sweat shop style work place. Badly organised and never got on top on any of the work load. Did a bit in one area then it was left to cover another area. I was working on the mail box of which there was over 1,200 attachments to go on patients notes that were marked urgent and 7,100 non urgent. I ran reports every day to generate letters for appointments. They were 3 months behind. Nothing gets completed so the mess continues. It is a shambles. Badly paid, and large turn over of staff.

Pay decent money and then you may actually retain staff. Don't promote because they have been there the longest. You need management with skills and not length of service. Need to get on top of some of the work and maintain it and the rest will follow. The patients are being let down.
