I noticed the good reviews are not for the care side. If you want to constantly wait to be paid, be stuck emergency taxed and don't mind bad management then look no further. They will expect above and beyond hard work from you with no appreciation or gratitude. Benefits are very poor and they do not adhete to NHS procedures. I worked 2 phone reception which also included procesing perscriptions/blood forms/faxing/sending2WW referrals and read coding of medical letters. Helping GP's/Nurses/HCA. Checking of incoming e-mails. Post in/out. I later Learned how to do referrals for two Practices, covering sometime over 2-4 GP's. Speaking to Patients and Hospitals if needed checking staff rotas Chaperoning. Banking Petty cash Going to sister surgery in Hangleton, working reception and processing of medical reports. Management was very proffesional, very supportive when needed. Worplace was very ambitious and driven especially for the Patients. Seeing people suffer and the closure of a great company. Knowing that you are part of an organisation that helps people on a daily basis and seeing Patients get better.
