The only thing you get from working for them is a headache and a free Christmas party. | Senior management hasn't a clue about running a business. The owners only care about money and how much they can squeeze out of their customers and employees. Their products are sub-par and are rushed to meet deadlines, that is if they hit the deadline. This isn't due to the production staff they work really hard it is because of cutting corners and the crap machinery they own. Most of the employees there are nice it is just the Management that isn't.
