You can’t trust that you’ll go in one day and not be fired the next. You’re constantly walking on eggshells. They’ll cuss you out and scream at you. Literally the worst company to work for. If Tim doesn’t like you, you will have a target on your back and they will fire you. You can’t be human if you work here. You better be perfect and never make any mistakes. Oh, and if they don’t think you’re doing enough they will tell you to do better and then fire you the same day without even allowing you to improve your performance. They don’t take into an account that you left your previous job to join their company and they they leave you high and dry.

• Fact 1: The most you will ever get paid as a Graphic Designer is $15. Don't ask for more money than that. You won't get it ever. Don't even think about it. End of discussion. Tim does not care to make you happy and motivated employee.
• Fact 2: There are no benefits of working here. Other than collecting a pay check and a awful insurance plan (I never even got it becuase it was never worth the money). Tim does not care to make you happy and motivated employee.
• Fact 3: There is no advancement in this work place. You'll never be promoted or praised. You're a grunt. Tim does not care to make you happy and motivated employee.
• Fact 4: If you quit or do not work a full two weeks notice, Tim the tumor will dock your pay to minimum wage. Even if you put in 1 day less than two weeks; Tim will dock your pay to minimum wage. They reserve the right to do this as it is company policy that you signed when you accepted the job. (Why did I sign that?!)
Tim does not care to make you happy and motivated employee.
• Fact 4.5: Tim may even refuse your two weeks notice. Forcing you to quit, and taking your wage for the down to the federal minimum wage ($7.25) (This is what happened to me if you're curious. How can you even deny a two weeks notice?!) Tim does not care to make you happy and motivated employee.
• Fact 5: There are fake reviews written on GlassDoor by "Current Employees" praising Tim and this company. They are written by either Tim himself or he paid someone to write them.
• Fact 6: There are fake 5 star reviews on Google praising the company for its great work. The ones on google aren't even good, 4 people rating all 5 stars with accounts created all at the same time with only 1 review each all posted on the exact same day... I hope you didn't pay alot for that Tim...
• Fact 7: If you're caught going to another interview with another company, Tim can fire you for "Gross Misconduct." (I mean where does he come up with this stuff?! That's up there with Sexual Harrassment in the work place.) Tim does not care to make you happy and motivated employee.
• Fact 8: There are cameras watching you at all times. There is computer monitoring software in all of the computers. The cameras have microphones in them that can and will record your conversations. Tim does not care to make you happy and motivated employee.

I have loved every minute of working here. The owner has worked with me one on one anytime that I have needed it. I feel like I've become a part of the family and even when I ask too many questions everyone is willing to help to get me on track. I've been here for months and I don't plan on going anywhere. I would recommend this place to anyone who is willing to put forth the effort!!

I have worked at tsc.com for nearly 3 years. I have made many friends while working here. Management is very flexible with our schedules. They often allow workers to stay after hours and on the weekend to make up time lost, if need be. The printers/equipment we use are top of the line and we update our software weekly. The owner will never hesitate to buy something to make the job easy for us to complete. Which is better than I have seen at other sign shops in the area. Since starting with TSC.com I have received 3 promotions and 4 increases in pay. There is plenty of opportunity for advancement. Hard work pays off at this company.

We have a very fast paced work environment. TSC.com ships signs all over the world, and we usually have very tight deadlines. Which we meet, but sometimes with crew sacrifices. All companies face this problem so i guess it really is not a "Con". Management is flexible so your never pressured to work insane hours ever.
