I worked for Pioneer Catering at Southern. I was hired through the campus. My experience with Pioneer was terrible, but most people with Southern were lovely.

Will not always accommodate your class schedule
Poorly paid
Passive aggressive supervisors - if they do not like you they will talk about you behind you back and cut your hours so until you find a new job. I saw this happen multiple times.

Pay for full-time salaried employees is about half of what can be made out in the open market. Leadership...Senior VPs and above would rather pay their employees pennies and have the appearance of saving money when in reality they are wasting SO much money by the enormous amount of turn over in the organization. Pay your employees what they are worth, or at least close to what the world says they are worth. Stop acting so unbiblical in this area of business!
