We never have to convince anyone we have a great one by talking about it-you just experience it. The company and executive leadership has a knack for finding people who are great fits for their role and bring some very powerful unique experiences to the equation. Bottom line - you'll work with some very dedicated and talented individuals. Folks from the top down are always willing to help, contribute and lend a hand when you need it. The technology stack is impressive, its a very product centric company and the experience from previous career stops for product management, engineering and technical leadership is impressive. As a result, we punch way above your weight in the marketplace. The company arrow is pointed up! They don't play into the "we're all family" shtick but just keep it a really solid positive group of people to work with. You really feel valued here and there's virtually no drama. It's no longer small enough to know everyone in the company by name, but I know everyone in engineering at least in passing. My managers also make it clear that they value me as an employee and want to help me be the best I can be. My work-life balance is also really respected and management doesn't feel the need to micromanage my time or be suspicious of my work as longas the results are there. I would prefer more transparency around pay. They purposely let go people before the year is up to not give people their stock options. The management is unprofessional, rude, don't care about their teams. One of the least stressful places to work in my entire career 2. Great leadership team. The founders are intelligent, visionaries, have a lot of industry experience and are executing well. Above all, they are great human beings 3. The engineering team leadership is very hands on and takes sound decisions 4. The underlying architecture is sound and easy to understand/explain 5. The team culture is very easy going and supportive. The team is very distributed and the management is ok with this. Can't think of any.
