They also gave the easier jobs to their friends who work their and they had a tendency of setting staff up to get write ups or fired then they covered it up since everyone who works in the office are friends with management in the residence

As of 2020 new owners steps and heard its gotten better.

This is not a job I’d ever like to do again. There isn’t a genuine care for the individuals within this company. I’ve witnessed patients get mistreated abused and treated poorly. I would not recommend this job for anyone, also with all the care that your supposed to give these people I feel I was extremely underpaid
