They always motivated you with incredible incentives such as Days out to Adrenaline Quarry. The hardest part of the job is that where it was a sales company, you had daily, weekly and monthly targets that varied every month and then at the beginning of the New month you had to start from scratch again. However, it was also motivating to want to beat your previous month, so it came with swings and roundabouts! A typical day at work is you have a morning meeting with your team and sales manager to go through targets. Then it was contacting potential students and getting them booked onto Training Courses.
