Treated the engineers like family, never overworked us, let us propose our own technical projects and solutions to solve existing problems, which made the rest of the work more productive. Hard to find a successful CTO without a God complex who treats you like a .human, and he is one of them. Hard to think of any. I only left for a once in a lifetime opportunity no one could really turn down. 1.0 POSITIVE 0.0 NEUTRAL 0.0 NO_OPINION 0.0 5.0 5.0 5.0 5.0 4.0 5.0 1655166 Open 0.0 [] REGULAR No No 2.0 Apr 29th, 2021 02:30PM Apr 29th, 2021 02:30PM The Wireless Registry Personal Goods
private:thewirelessregistry https://www.glassdoor.com?employer_id=1655166 Jun 17th, 2018 12:00AM Open Open Wireless Registry Denver, CO Unique Startup with Great Potential Challenging problems have attracted a great team. Competitive salary and benefits. Leadership does a good job of being transparent and making sure people understand how their work contributes to the bigger picture. Employees are treated like adults and expected to do great work. Departments are somewhat siloed (though improving). Requires some degree of comfort with the uncertainty inherent in a startup. A lot of foundational knowledge to absorb in order to understand the company's technology and accompanying vision. 1.0 POSITIVE 1.0 POSITIVE 0.0 5.0 5.0 4.0 4.0 5.0 5.0 1655166 Open Keep providing the work environment, benefits and flexibility that have made this a great place to work. Foster more collaboration between departments. Support the professional growth of employees as the company grows. 0.0 [] REGULAR No Yes 1.0 Apr 29th, 2021 02:30PM Apr 29th, 2021 02:30PM The Wireless Registry Personal Goods
private:thewirelessregistry https://www.glassdoor.com?employer_id=1655166 Jun 1st, 2017 12:00AM Open Open Wireless Registry High-energy and high-tech startup The technology stack is cutting-edge, both in scale and design. The workplace is casual, friendly and welcoming. Work/life balance is important, and they are flexible with work hours, onsite vs. remote and time off. No real cons, just be aware that this is a young and fast-moving startup. There are times when things break and the engineering can be stressful work. It is not a 9-5 clock in/out type of job by any means. 1.0 POSITIVE 1.0 POSITIVE 1.0 APPROVE 0.0 5.0 5.0 5.0 4.0 5.0 5.0 1655166 Open 0.0 [] REGULAR No Yes 0.0 Apr 29th, 2021 02:30PM Apr 29th, 2021 02:30PM The Wireless Registry Personal Goods

private:thewirelessregistry https://www.glassdoor.com?employer_id=1655166 May 30th, 2017 12:00AM Open Open Wireless Registry Vice President, Executive Management Washington, DC One of the most innovative startups in the DC area The 3Ps I always look for before joining any new company - People, Product and Processes. The company is really solid in the people and product categories. Specifically, the CEO & CTO make a superb pair and have made great progress in the past 6 months and positioned company well for future success. The technology is cutting edge lending itself to a set of very nice horizontal offerings for several different industries solving real world problems. As with any startup of this size, there are no real formalized processes in place, which in itself is an upside for people interested in working at a real ground floor opportunity. 1.0 POSITIVE 1.0 POSITIVE 1.0 APPROVE 0.0 5.0 5.0 5.0 5.0 4.0 4.0 1655166 Open Keep adding top talent to the company and execute on the grand vision. 0.0 [] REGULAR No Yes 1.0 Apr 29th, 2021 02:30PM Apr 29th, 2021 02:30PM The Wireless Registry Personal Goods
private:thewirelessregistry https://www.glassdoor.com?employer_id=1655166 May 27th, 2017 12:00AM Open Open Wireless Registry Really Interesting Workplace Exciting and novel tech work-- Every startup says they are innovative, but WR is really doing something different. Every person on the team has the potential (and obligation) to make a difference. Fun and flexible workplace environment, with a lot of jokes. Excellent health care package. As with most startups, management is not always the most organized. A certain amount of chaos is a part of our daily reality. Pay may not be as high as it is at many larger tech companies. Company's long-term future is not entirely secure. 1.0 POSITIVE 1.0 APPROVE 0.0 4.0 5.0 4.0 5.0 4.0 4.0 1655166 Open As we grow, we're going to need more in the way of conventional "management," so that our tech team is able to use our time most effectively, and our business team is aware of the capabilities and limitations of our product. 0.0 [] REGULAR No Yes 0.0 Apr 29th, 2021 02:30PM Apr 29th, 2021 02:30PM The Wireless Registry Personal Goods
private:thewirelessregistry https://www.glassdoor.com?employer_id=1655166 May 26th, 2017 12:00AM Open Open Wireless Registry Interest Challenges to Solve Cool staff, flexible start-up vibe, big vision for technology, interesting things to do. Free coffee and beer at the office. With any start-up that is scaling it has the typical challenges of upper management availability and formalizing roles and responsibilities. For most this con is really a learning opportunity for everyone as the company grows. 1.0 POSITIVE 1.0 POSITIVE 1.0 APPROVE 0.0 5.0 5.0 5.0 5.0 5.0 5.0 1655166 Open Continue to bring in top talent and stay focused on scaling the technology. 0.0 [] REGULAR No Yes 2.0 Apr 29th, 2021 02:30PM Apr 29th, 2021 02:30PM The Wireless Registry Personal Goods
