No opportunity for advancement, no rewards for a good job, the hours suck (if you are digital you are on call 24/7. Middle management has no leadership experience resulting in poor communication and micromanaging practices. Everyone smiles at you and are 'nice' just to turn around and stab you in the back when you are out of the room. Not a military friendly employer by any stretch. There is no teamwork or collaboration. No working toward a common goal. No integrity. no encouragement for new ideas. Status Quo is norm. If new ideas are brought forth, they are shot down even before they are given a chance to work. There is a accountability police, but noone is following it.
