I work with a very supportive and collaborative group of colleagues who understand how to work to problem solve as a team. We all have strong personalities however we understand the importance of supporting each others projects and rendering assistance when problems arise. Our team leader is very open and forthcoming with information and has a hands on approach to management. He chooses to act as a guide while allowing the team to manage their territories in our own style. I work in a an industry where my area of focus is slowly being fazed out. Resources are limited and competion among vendors has diminished. As a a team we have been quite creative in our negotiations for a fair pricefor services.
