After working hard, it was very fulfilling to see feedback from fans about the fun they had discovering a concert from our service. Teamwork was frictionless and effective, and everyone had a do-what-it-takes attitude. We all had to wear many hats and had great variety in day to day tasks. We were given lots of autonomy in both planning and execution, but also encouraged to do significant cross training. This led to fostering a lot of complimentary skills without getting stuck in silos, and allowed us to attempt to compete with much larger teams.
