There are some incredibly nice people working at Tigerpaw, and the office had a really fun environment among the employees.
|
Watching everyone I worked with disappear all around me. There was a constant revolving door of new employees coming and going. The more unfortunate part was even long standing employees were not safe. I’ve never worked in a company that had a worse turnover rate, it felt like the CEO and management just ejected people on a whim. The marketing team used to push us to post positive reviews and I just felt I had to write an honest review before someone else I know ended up here.

Understand how you are effecting people and their lives. Between the subpar benefits and the even more disgusting severance offers, you need to understand that your paycheck goes to zero without your staff. Also you need to listen to our customers, we are told all of the time that our software looks like windows from the 90s, how can we compete when development seems like a moving target.

Culture, this is the biggest buzz word today when it comes to recruiting talented employees. Tigerpaw is the real deal when it comes to culture. Yes, it's a fun relaxed environment and Tigerpaw does awesome things for their employees! We are truly spoiled! The REAL meaning of our culture is that here at Tigerpaw you come as you are, you don't have to pretend to be someone you're not here. I've worked at several places that say the same things but I've never experienced like this with true authenticity!

Earnings are a little low however as a company, we faced a substantial realigning in 2017 which played a big part. 2018 is looking bright however and now we're starting to see the volume start to tick up incrementally.

Amazing family culture! Lots of monthly activities including free food, a beer thirty on some Fridays, ping pong, video gaming, billiards and pinball machines. Leadership team is flexible with time and everyone is welcoming. And you can't beat a jeans and t-shirt dress code! Only 15-20 drive from Omaha.

I can not say enough about this company. It is a home grown Nebraska family business. The culture is amazing, the people are unbelievably genuine and giving. There is a wonderful energy that happens with you have the entire team working towards a common goal. More companies should should embrace what happens here at Tigerpaw....their employees would be more productive and loyal
