Their idea is successful and they have found a niche in the market. As businesses evolve and work more differently rather than the straight 9-5 in an office Time Etc have tapped into this providing stand alone companies with a platform to be supported on yet not have the overheads and responsibility of staff yet still gaining the support they need. As for the freelancers such as myself it is flexible, straightforward, rewarding and all done from any location required. It fits in with the freelancers life allowing them to pick and choose the work they wish to do. You can work as little or as often as you like.
