The studio tries to keep their artists employed as long as they can and it is clear that they try their best. It is typical of VFX company for feature films. Everyone is incredibly loyal to the studio and the management really cares about their employees. The moral is higher than any studio I've worked at. Being in California makes it hard to get work that normally goes to London and Canada. So, there is some instability.
