I have had 3 raises since I started, and I have only been here a year!

Toxic environment. Upper management is very toxic and it trickles down to the employees. Also the chemicals are toxic as well. These people don't care about there employees. No raises are given for 6 years and even sometimes even longer no reviews at all.

I see all these disgruntled ex-employees on here anybody can say anything just because your unhappy does not mean as a whole TMC isn't a great environment. There is a reason its been around for close to 40 years. People got way to much time on their hands because they did not get a raise if that the case find another job. There is no con if you work you get rewarded.

No raises for about 6 years now. No 401k match. Upper management does not listen to the employees that have been with TMC Industries Inc. for many years. The owner doesn't care about the employees cause if he did he did he would thank his people who have worked hard to bring the money in for him.
