I've worked at both schools. DGN was a great work environment with a friendly, professional work environment. A 5 star work environment. DGS had a staff of 95% of nicest people, and 5% of the strangest people I have met. It had one most negative work environments I have ever seen. Gossip and workplace bullying are considered the norm.
