Today, we run 1-on-1 learning (mentoring) programs for enterprise clients including Disney and Randstad. The cofounders came from the Boston Consulting Group, where they learned what best-practice professional development looks like. They are productizing these elements and bringing them to every company. </div><div><br /></div><div>About the team: We are a small, but growing team. Together was co-founded by two ex-BCGers (Boston Consulting Group) who have a passion for mentorship and building amazing products. Joining them are a senior engineer (ex-Tophat) and senior UX designer (ex-Tophat).
