TokenEx has undoubtedly been the best move of my career. I took a risk leaving a secure job to come to a smaller company, but I believed in the vision and the people driving it. I value our product, and the greater good it providers from organizations and their customers, which was very important to me. The leadership team is fun, engaging, and flexible. I can't say enough good things about my direct manager, or the CEO. Both genuine and understanding. I would recommend this company to anyone.

If you're not in it to win it, you'll be exposed quickly. This company is full of go-getters that are all eager to reach the same goal. There's room for error, nurturing, and growth, but if you're only willing to provide the bare minimum, you won't last long.

Great culture, flexible, and I feel valued and appreciated more than I have at any other company. Continuously relay updates to employees on the business and keep us informed, especially during COVID, and putting the safety of employees first. Communication is two-way, open, and employees are encouraged to speak freely and collaborate -- couldn't ask for more! They are a performance-driven company (that’s why they are killing it in the market!), so if you are passionate about your career, working hard work, and like to have fun – this is the company for you!

Bad management from top to bottom, A culture of Pettiness and throwing each other under the bus. The most unwelcoming environment I've ever worked in. Strange management that supports and takes action on rumors and hearsay. A culture of speaking to each other in a disrespectful and unprofessional tone. If you enjoy politics and pettiness from fellow employees and management it's the perfect company. If you don't enjoy small company politics and have better options choose wisely. I read the reviews before i started at TokenEx and all the red flags have been more than validated.

Treat every department the same, don't play favorites, don't support a culture of bus throwing and politics. Great product but fellow employees make a effort to make others miserable. And management sets that tone and culture. Keep in mind talanted people with options will not stay within this environment.

I was initially hesitant to work for a "small" company - most of my work experience has been with organizations of 20k employees or more. However, the opportunity to make a meaningful impact attracted me to TokenEx and my hopes and expectations in that regard have been dramatically exceeded. This is a place that fosters suggestions and contributions from the entire staff and enables employees to pursue and implement their ideas.

TokenEx is not for those lacking self discipline or motivation, but for people with drive and desire, it's the perfect place to work. Unfortunately, not everyone possesses those qualities in the necessary quantities and you can't "coast along" in a company this size without it being noticed.

TokenEx has a young and vibrant feel that is refreshing to me. Think tech startup. Although TokenEx has this feel, it is not a startup. TokenEx has seen a lot of growth and maturity in its short history. This company is small, so everyone knows everyone and communication is a breeze. One of my favorite things about this company is the quality of the people that work here. Every position is filled by go-getters and intelligent people. TokenEx understands the need for balance in life. You can expect a proper balance of hard work, fun times, and a happy life away from work.

Coming from someone who wants to be at the top of my company, I am worried about my personal upward mobility. There are just not a lot of positions to go around, and the management at the top is very strong. Also, TokenEx is only located in Oklahoma (I wish we had more offices!)

Excellent company to work for

Everyone at TokenEx has been wonderful since I joined the company. They are all willing to help you learn and catch up to their speed. The company is well ran and the people are friendly. It is a great place to work and grow professionally. I could not ask for a better environment to work in and I'm excited for my future with TokenEx.

I haven't came across any cons working at TokenEx to date. There is a good line of communication throughout the company for when issues do arise with individuals.
