Remote WFH No cohesiveness or clear direction. Claiming to be transparent- but oblivious to the big disconnect from the top down. No company culture. Everyone is afraid of the next layoffs. Company went from almost 900 to now less under 200. Letting go of employees with positive impact and keeping under performers. Inexperience across the board on how the company is being managed and decisions being made based on individual feelings vs actual needs of the business. Clear favortism and toxic managers with no leadership skills and no company training to support. Not signing contracts and not informing the potential workers that the contract has not been signed so they can let them go at the very last minute. They take forever to pay their contract workers - often over 30 days.
