Several instances of bad translators hired to localize the Topface product, however these translations were discovered, only after several months, to be rather poorly done. I feel like that should have been dealt with ages ago and not corrected months, sometimes years later.
Senior management sometimes appears to be more about results, rather than the details as to how something's getting done, aka, there's inefficiency when it comes to spending money on either too much staff or devoting too much time to one project then forgetting about it.

Too many staff and or, too many staff in the office. A lot of guys could work from home and save the time coming to work, as well as save office space and metro tickets.
Could use a bit more cohension between deparments as well. When I came here I had to fix something wrong with payroll, as well as let other departments know that there were delays with localization. I feel that something like the payroll issue should have been handed long before I got there, not left for me to pick up after the last manager left without cleaning up the huge paperwork mess they'd made.
