The company is Rich so it won't miss on salary payments, it is obedient to law, and very influential (one of the key players) in banking and payment sectors. One of the large software companies in the country. Good place to learn (but then leave quickly!)

Terrible people management.
The company is drowning in office politics. More political people get promoted easily, so the office culture is deeply political.
Developer productivity is very very low, due to poor configuration management, complicated bureaucracy and culture. I'd say developers spend less than 10 percent of their time creating something, and more than 90 percent of their time challenging with each other or setting up the environment. This varies greatly depending on the team.
Senior technical employees quickly get involved in inter-sector fights and politics and loose their ability to contribute in their proficient area of knowledge.
A terrible bonus / reward system makes employees addicted to payments and they quickly loose grasp of what's important and focus all their attention on getting larger rewards.
