Toshiba is a very large company, but the people become like family. The pay and benefits are better than I have seen at other places in the industry. If you are willing to work hard, it can be a very rewarding and lucrative career. They offer nice flexibility, and work and home life balance. We have had a lot of fun together. This is a fantastic stepping stone if you want to learn, and go onto something else. In addition, I think half their people have been there for at least 10 years, so it can easily be where you stay for years.

Although you are able to advance, there isn’t a clear direct path and timeline for advancing. If you excel at your job, they will certainly work with you and help you attain the position you are seeking. Personally, I never felt the need to advance because I love my job, the pay and flexibility.
