As a newer rep I have found a lot of opportunity to sell here. Sure it takes a few months to build up a book of business, but that is expected anywhere. Fairly easy to find new attorneys to call and it's a good service to offer. The commission plan is also solid during ramp up.

Sometimes hard to pick up the phone and dial, but attorneys keep it interesting. Easier than selling in some other industries.

An easy job to get, fairly interview process for anyone who could hold a conversation.

No quality leads, lack of training, lack of support, You're building a base of business from ground up, with unrealistic expectations. Customers who are interested in working with you, end up on a long waiting list, with representatives playing the used car sales mentality. ( If you don't buy today, someone else will lock down the territory) I've put people on the waiting list multiple times, only for someone else to sell the area, while I waited on a call back from customer. As this occurred monthly, goals continued to increase.
