Total Attorneys was a great company to work for, though this was about 5-8 years ago. Starting in the call center, I was able to rapidly move my way up through the ranks through merit and demonstration of skills and knowledge. Ending up in the sales department, the product was not necessarily an easy one to sell but the deals that did close were quick turnaround time so commission was seen quickly and often enough to maintain motivation to keep performing well. Management was laid-back so long as you maintained a good sales record.

Never work here it sucks and so does the operational manager. Hours are only given to but kissers. No advancement what’s so ever in this place. Wish they would of never sold the business

Poor management

It was awesome to work here. Until the owner sold the business to a corporation. Now it just sucks big time. The manager doesn't do anything all day accept look at Facebook all day and listen to music. Not helpful at all

Productive and relaxed enviroment

The typical day at work consists of screening potential clients for attorneys nationwide in order to assess qualified leads. My job is to provide information to callers such as directions to the office, consultation procedures, staff/personnel listings, etc. I primarily cater to the attorneys set schedule and I also set appointments for clients. The day is mostly calm, but the environment will get a bit busy during high call volume hours. The most enjoyable part is working with and helping people. I learned manage time as well as good interpersonal skills that helped me to assist clients.

A good place to work, hard to advance. Some people get very upset & bang their hands down on their desk, I don't think this is a good place for someone who cannot work with the public, you need to remember that when people are calling here & looking for an attorney they are upset you cannot take it personally, they are mad at the situation they are in, not you. I talk to the person as a person & try to make them understand that they will get all of the help they need because some of the people who are calling here do not know where to start, just listening sometimes is all that they need.
