TRM is a great place to work although I wish it had more opportunities within the company to grow professionally.

Good benefits (fully-paid medical!)
Great people.
Awesome software product,TRM RulesManager Studio, that is well-known in the Maximo community.

Less internal training resources then some other companies (Mostly rely on already trained personnel).
Small company so tough to move-up.
Lessons learned and process documentation is scattered through company servers and people. (Again relies on the quality of the people to deliver high quality results)

Do not let any opportunities slip by regardless of size. Put some inexperienced employees on the smaller projects to help them grow. Maybe diversify outside of Maximo (although there is a huge cost with that).
